Terms for using DEX Registry

Nature of the content

DEX Registry provides general research notes and educational explanations. An entry is not personalised investment, legal or tax advice, an offer to trade, or confirmation that a service is authorised. A source link does not create an endorsement or a contractual relationship with the linked business.

The evidence has limits. Websites can change after research, a similar name can refer to a different service, and a search may not identify a relevant record. Read an entry's scope and source dates before relying on it. For advice about your circumstances, consult an appropriately qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

Optional requests and third-party services

Reading an article does not open an investment account. An optional information request, if offered, sends the details you explicitly consent to share to a service provider for follow-up. It is separate from an editorial email and from a newsletter subscription.

Any eventual financial or software service is subject to the identified provider's own agreement. DEX Registry cannot promise acceptance, availability, a callback, a return, or a successful withdrawal. An information request does not establish that the recipient represents the exact brand discussed in an entry.

Using and contributing material

You may read, link to and share links to our public pages. Respect copyright and any licence applicable to a source or image; a citation on this site does not grant rights to republish someone else's work. Do not present an altered extract as our complete conclusion.

Send only material you are entitled to share. Reader contributions must not contain confidential account data, credentials, impersonation or unlawful content. Contributions may be moderated, withheld or corrected; sending one does not guarantee publication.

Errors and limits

Report a factual error with the page URL and supporting source. We do not promise that every entry is complete or suitable for a particular financial decision. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

We do not assert an unverified legal company name, governing jurisdiction or dispute forum. This page is not a substitute for identifying the contracting party before entering a financial arrangement. Material changes to these terms will be dated here; a changed text does not replace any explicit consent needed for a new data use.
