Privacy policy
Updated 20 September 2026. This notice describes the data routes on dex.ag. DEX Registry is the publication name used on this site. Privacy enquiries can be sent to [email protected].
Reading the site
You do not need to submit contact details to read an article. Serving a page involves technical information such as the requested address, IP address, time and browser information. Hosting and security services may process this information to deliver the site and handle abuse.
The site records page and form events to understand use of the service. These can include the page path, language, referring site origin, a session identifier and events such as opening or submitting a form. Session storage supports visit measurement and remembers relevant form state or eligibility context. Country and referral context may be used to decide whether an optional contact route is available. Form-event measurement is separate from sending the contact details entered into the form.
Optional platform information requests
Where offered, the provider request asks for a first and last name, email address and phone number. With your explicit consent and submission, the form service passes your request and details to a provider in our network. Different requests may be matched with different companies. The selected company may contact you by email or telephone about its services.
This route is commercial contact, not an editorial message. The recipient is not established as the operator of every brand covered in our articles. Read the form's notice before submitting and ask any responding business to identify itself before supplying further details.
Merely opening a form, typing into it or closing it does not authorise transmission of unfinished contact fields to that provider or addition to a mailing list. Contact details are not submitted as a partial lead before consent.
Newsletter subscriptions
A newsletter subscription is a separate, explicit choice. If you select it and submit with consent, the requested subscription details, such as your name and email, are processed through Sendy, the software used to manage the mailing list. This is not the same as a provider callback request, and entering an email in an unfinished lead form does not subscribe you.
Use the unsubscribe option in a newsletter to stop that subscription. A subscription preference does not automatically change the records held by a provider after a separate, consented enquiry.
Email and reader contributions
An email to [email protected] includes your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Those details are used to handle the enquiry and document any resulting correction. Avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for that purpose.
Where reader contributions are enabled, the display name, rating and text you submit may be reviewed and published with your consent. A contribution should not contain someone else's personal information or unsupported allegations. Publication is not automatic.
Recipients, retention and requests
Hosting, security, form-processing, mailing-list and email services handle information needed for their respective functions. A provider receiving a consented enquiry may process it under its own privacy notice. We do not promise that data stays in one country or that every recipient follows an identical retention period.
A fixed retention schedule and a complete named list of service recipients are not specified in this notice. You can request clarification, access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion by emailing [email protected]. State which interaction you mean and the email address used; do not send identity documents unless a necessary verification method has been agreed.
Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances and jurisdiction. We do not guarantee immediate deletion from every system, backup or independent recipient. The UK ICO explains that the right to erasure has limits; that guidance does not establish which law applies to every visitor.
Changes and external websites
External links lead to websites with their own data practices. The date above identifies this notice's latest substantive revision. A future change to this notice does not itself provide new consent for a different use of contact information.
