What a verdict means
A verdict describes the evidence available to the editorial desk on the date shown, and nothing more.
The status unverified means we found no operating company, custody arrangement or licence record we could match to the brand. It does not mean the platform is fraudulent, and we do not say that it is. Equally, it is not a clearance: an absence of confirmed facts is not the same as an absence of risk, and in practice it is the opposite.
The status no red flags found means the questions we ask were answered and the answers held up when checked. It is not a guarantee of future conduct, a promise of solvency, or an endorsement.
Information ages
A register is a snapshot. Ownership changes, terms are rewritten, authorisations are granted, suspended and withdrawn, and a brand can disappear between one check and the next. The checked date on an entry is the limit of what we can claim about the present. Before acting, confirm anything that matters against the primary source, which for licensing means the regulator's own database.
Risk of loss
Trading leveraged instruments carries a high risk of losing money rapidly. Losses can exceed a deposit where an account permits it, and with crypto assets a transfer is final and cannot be reversed by anyone once sent. Past performance, whether claimed by a platform or observed in a market, does not indicate future results.
Only money you can afford to lose entirely should ever reach an account of this kind, and that sentence should be read literally rather than as a formality.
