Contact DEX Registry

For editorial corrections and source material, email [email protected].

Make a correction specific

Include the DEX Registry page URL, the sentence or fact you want corrected and a link to the original evidence. If a website has changed, include the date you saw the different version. A company response should identify the company, the sender's role and the public documents supporting the response.

Please remove account numbers, identity documents, home addresses and other unnecessary personal information. Never send passwords, wallet seed phrases, private keys or payment-card details. A public source link is preferable to an attachment containing a customer's records.

Platform enquiries go elsewhere

A button labelled "Request platform information", where available, opens a separate optional service-provider form. It may ask for your name, email and phone number. Submitting it with explicit consent sends those details to a provider for follow-up; it does not send an editorial correction to this mailbox.

An enquiry does not verify that a provider operates the exact name covered in an article. Ask the responding business to identify itself and explain the service it proposes before sharing additional information.

Limits of this contact channel

DEX Registry cannot access a trading account, cancel an investment, process a withdrawal or recover money. Use the relevant account provider's independently verified support channel for account matters. There is no guaranteed editorial response time, and sending a document does not guarantee publication or a change to an entry.

See the privacy policy for how email enquiries and optional form submissions differ.

Request a provider callback

We use your details to match your request with a suitable provider. The selected company will receive your details and may contact you. This is not a message to the editorial team.
